AMSE : General conditions for the attribution of a conference
Apart from the personal discussion we will have in order to agree on the specific conditions of the conference, AMSE wishes the organizers follow the general conditions indicated below:
- All AMSE conferences are co-organized by AMSE and a local Institution
- The central organization in Lyon will inform the AMSE community about the conferences with a flyer enclosed in all its mails
- Conferences are indicated on the AMSE website
- The central organization collaborates in the technical and scientific aspects of the conference
- The scientific Committee is chosen with the agreement of the 2 parties
- The payment of the fees derived from the attendance of the delegates coming from countries other than the country where the conference is hosted is made in the account of AMSE in Grenoble ( France). This enrolment money will be equally shared between AMSE and the local organizer; it is a compensation for the work done by AMSE and the local organizer.
- The enrolment fees coming from delegates belonging to the organizing country and the grants are totally kept by the local organizer
